Sometimes, on Pretzel day, we’d make a few of these just for grins. A good way to get rid of any extra pretzel dough and set ourselves up with a killer sandwich bread for the week.

Then we gave a couple away. Then we sold a few. Then we had to make more just to make sure our guys could stake their claims.

Now, we have to write our names on slips of paper and hide loaves so they aren’t sold out from under us.

Yep, they’re that good.
