We are not your typical bakery.

The best breads are made from the best ingredients and better still, in small-batch.

Our philosophy is simple: Bake magnificent things.

Good bread takes both time and the desire to give you something wonderful. When we go into production, it’s several hours in advance of the lights going on and the door being opened.

If one wishes to feed people healthy food without chemicals and preservatives you’ve got to get pretty good at estimating. Batches are determined by advance orders, experience, weather conditions, the day we’re open, and a coin flip.

Our goal is to sell out. Sometimes that’ll happen to an item before the door even opens.

If there’s something you love and would be disappointed to discover sold out, then we suggest putting in a Next Day Order. If you’re the adventurous type and just want to see what we’ve got left or what fun thing we’ve come up with for the day…awesome. We’d love to have you.

Finally, you should know that we pick our ingredients daily and plan our menu around those items which make the cut. If something doesn't meet our standards, we won’t use it. If we discover something fantastic, we will.

After all, there's no point in baking if it isn't from the heart.
