If you’ve never had a true loaf of Gingerbread (not in the form of a cookie or a house) then you are in for a treat.
Soft and full of flavor these loaves are extremely versatile. You can get crafty and make gourmet stuffing or mind-blowing French toast. Turkey is a delightful pairing and for the more adventurous, give honey or pulled pork a go.
The simplest and in our opinion, best way to enjoy it? Toasted with a bit of Irish butter and a cup of English breakfast tea.
We make these only during the month of December since Christmas comes but once a year.
